SHIPPING METHODS

  1. Currently, The majority of our orders are processed and shipped by US Amazon(Only for US customer), DHL, EMS, Royal mail and USPS within 2 days. Normally, if you pay for the DHL fast delivery fee, we use DHL as shipping method. But for some counties which the DHL is not reach, we will use EMS. For the fee shipping order, if customer is locate in US, then we will select the USPS to delivery, for UK will select the Royal mail, other countries will use EMS.For US customer, if the item have stock in US Amazon, then will shipping with Amazon preferred than DHL depends on the stock condition, we reserve this selection right.
  2. We do our best to consolidate orders into the fewest number of shipments so that you are charged the least amount possible for duties and taxes.

INFORMATION ON THE REQUIRED DELIVERY

  1. The information needed for shipping is your full name, address and telephone number.
    Note: If you make payment for this order by Paypal and meanwhile you fill a address in our site and select to a another shipping address in Paypal when you make payment. Our system just record the filled address in our site, as we can not get the new selected shipping address from Paypal. According to Paypal rules, we will shipping to the new selected shipping address in your Paypal account for this order actually, means will not shipping to the address in our system. So we strongly suggest you do not do in this way.
  2. Please ensure that you enter the address correct delivery and contact number.
  3. Please allow 4-15 days for delivery of your item.
  4.  We will ship the item to APO/FPO military addresses depend the carrier and delivery country, contact your local delivery carrier to get detail then order the item. If your purchase address is a APO/FPO military addresses means you have confirmed with your carrier, and you are response for this.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER ON-LINE?

There are two ways to track your order.

The first way, Tracking the order with the tracking number in the email on the carrier website.

When your order ships, you will receive an email confirming shipment to the same email address you used when placing your order. This email will contain instructions on how to track your order.

The second way, login your account in our website via Account page, then find your order. Click your order and there is a tracking buttonTrackingBottun, click this button and it will open a new page to show you the tracking status.

Note that it may take up to 1-3 business day for your information to be posted on the carrier’s website, if you can’t get the shipping information from the carrier website operated in the ways as our advised, you could track it again in the next working day.

The tracking status on the carrier website must be admitted by customer.

BACKORDERS

We cannot guarantee that we will have all items in stock all the time. If your item is not in stock and is not expected to be in stock within two business days, we will contact you with details of the backorder or a possible substitute item if there is one available. If you have a critical or time-sensitive need, feel free to email us at [email protected] to ensure your order reaches you as soon as you need it.

CUSTOMS TAX

In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. For further details, please contact your destination local customs office or visit their official website. In some cases, customs clearance procedures are required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery estimation time. We are not response for any tax and delay by this, The customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE

  1. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured.
  2. If for some reason your package is lost or blocked(if it is blocked by 10 days or more at a delivery note, no tracking status update) we will reship it once again.
  3. Please make sure someone will be available to receive your order, otherwise your package may be returned to us or DHL will discard(or destroy, maybe involve discard or destroy fee, and we will not response this fee) the package. We will not guarantee this case.

ESTIMATE DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time usually needs 4-15 business days(depend on the delivery carrier) to delivery, from the time when the shipping information post on the carrier’s official website.

Delays Delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, such as:
1. Delays due to weather or customs hold.
2. Delivery is outside major city or country
3. Unforeseen delays by one of our carriers
4. Delays to the unavailability of product(s)
5. Delivery is to a PO Box or APO/FPO address
6. Delays due to orders being placed on a holiday
7. Delays due to problems with credit card authorization and verification etc.
8. Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 10-25 business days for Brazil and Russia and 7-15 business days for all other destinations in Latin America.
9. Since we typically ship orders in a single package, unless otherwise stated, the total length of time it will take for you to receive your order should be calculated using the longest estimated time for items in your order.

DELAY DELIVERY

For the customer who pay for the shipping fee, will refund you the shipping fee.

For the customer who have not pay for the shipping fee, will offer you a 10 USD coupon code for next order as compensation.

NON-DELIVERY OR WRONG

  1. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address or incomplete.
  2. If you’re refused to sign the order, we will charged 20% as handle fees, if the package has been restored several times after unsuccessfully delivery (due to you are absent or you provided a delivery address incorrect or incomplete us), we will charged 20% of order amount as shipping fee.
  3. For customers who do not receive your parcel within 15 working days.

Please contact the local post office as soon as possible. Still, you can check with the local post office directly with your ID card or other valid certificate and the order information copy that you can print out when login to your registered account on our website.
